GLUTEN FREE COPYCAT SOUPS

There is no better way to spend a chilly winter night than being cuddled up on the couch with a hot bowl of soup. Throughout this soup season, these two recipes have been the MVPs. It could be that my best glutenous soup memories were with the soup and salad combo at Olive Garden and always saying yes to the bread bowl at Panera -- but these two recipes will rock your world!

For both of these recipes, I did my fare share of research trying to find the perfect recipe -- but I wound up creating my own from taking bits and pieces from different recipes in my Pinterest search. And let me tell you, I was shocked with how great these soups came out! The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is crazy similar to Panera's while the Pasta e Fagioli came out as more of an Italian chili with the Olive Garden flavor. I hope you become as obsessed with these recipes as I am!
