WHAT B WORE : ACL MUSIC FEST
ACL is hands down one of my favorite weekends of the year! I went down to Austin with W and my roommate. We didn't get to ACL until late afternoon so I was pretty rushed to pick out my outfit because we didn't want to miss any further shows. I ended up going with one of my go-to outfits for the rest of day 1 - ripped denim shorts and my favorite gray shirt. I accessorized with my tassel necklaces and western booties. For the second day, I wore one of my favorite Free People dresses and my Rag and Bone booties. I love the embroidery and beading on the dress AND it's long enough to sit cross legged, which is a plus at music festivals. I hate being in the "mosh pit." Being confined makes me anxious! I much prefer to sit on a blanket further out than be front and center. By the third day, my feet hurt so I gave up on my booties and went with my trusty converse (comfy without sacrificing style!) I repeated my denim shorts (oopsie don't tell anyone) and a white tee. This is no simple white tee, though. It has a gorgeous woven lace back. I paired my gold spike necklace to spice up the front of the tee. If you are heading down second weekend, I highly recommend seeing Outkast, Lana Del Ray, Foster the People, Fitz and the Tantrums, and Eminem! They were definitely the highlights of weekend 1!
