PUMPKIN BAKING : GUILT-FREE & GLUTEN-FREE

I am going to keep this super short and sweet so we can get to the content that really matters - the Pumpkin Recipes. This week I made two pumpkin recipes that were definitely worth sharing.

I have been trying to stay away from "sweets" (says the girl that has a chocolate chip cookie obsession and an addiction to fruit haha). But I have actually been good! No refined sugar, no GF bread.. this week has been a sugarless success.

Well, until I made these recipes, but in my sugarless defense they have all natural sugars (organic maple syrup) and the chocolate chips can be substituted for dark chocolate (but I only had the back-up semi-sweet chocolate chips I keep hidden in the case of a chocolate chip cookie emergency). Oops. Having said all of that, these are two recipes that don't come with a side of guilt and are perfect for this Pumpkin season!
