WEEKLY FAVORITES

Happy Monday, friends! As usual, the weekend flew by way too fast. My friend Court came into the city (she lives in East Bay) for some early birthday celebrations on Saturday. We grabbed tacos and margs at Flores then went to Claire’s to get new ear piercings. Yes, you read that right- Claire’s haha. We both hadn’t been since middle school! You’d think there would be some fancy and boujee ear piercing shops by now other than going to a tattoo parlor. We voted Claire’s over a tattoo shop as they use the ear piercing gun rather than a needle.

I got a third ear lobe piercing and re-pierced my cartilage. I previously had pierced my cartilage in college but it closed up when I tried to switch out an earring. I actually got it done at a tattoo parlor and I have to say it hurt WAY more there than it did at Claire’s! Although I’ve previously gotten it pierced, I got sooo nervous at Claire’s! I had to hold Cour't’s hand while they did it (and vice versa)- LOL. But all-in-all it wasn’t a bad experience and I’m so happy with the result!

We finished up the day with dinner at A Mano (Italian) in Hayes Valley. I had heard good things and it was absolutely incredible. We dined family style and all split 2 pizzas and the cacio e pepe pasta. I wish we had leftovers because I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! Although definitely get there on the earlier side as they do not take reservations. We got there around 6 and there was a two hour wait!! Luckily there’s a few cute bars close by so we got a few cocktails while we waited. But well worth the wait if you have the patience ;)

Now onto this week’s favorites:

01, 02, 03: Pillows - Loving this pillow combo, all from one of my favorite etsy shops! Pillow covers are such a great way to switch up styling in your living rooms/bedrooms without spending too much money!

04: Sunnies - These are on the pricier end as they are designer glasses but I absolutely love the shape!

05: Scrunchies - Court was wearing one of these scrunchies over the weekend and I thought it was soo cute. Love all the different colors you can choose from.

06: Woven Glassware - how cute are these woven glassware pieces?! Not sure how well they would hold up for daily use, but would look so pretty on display if you have open shelving or glass cabinet doors in your kitchen.

07: Sandals - These are actually from last season and I purchased them last year but they were too small! Want to re-purchase this year. Would recommend buying a half size larger than your normal size.

08: Distressed Tee - Love this distressed tee and is so perfect for weekend wear. Throw it over leggings for an athleisure look or do a half tuck in your favorite denim shorts or jeans and you’re ready for weekend brunch.
