My favorite time of year is here yet again -- festival season! Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% all about the music but music fests have evolved into so much more over the last 10 years. They are now foodie scenes with a sumptuous array of restaurants along with art installations, craft cocktails, beer gardens and unique sponsor activations. In addition, fashion is now the other integral part of music festivals. People come for the fashion but stay for the music! #amiright

Now is the time to bring out your inner bohemian and dress a little more edgy and free spirit than you may normally do on the day-to-day. Although you want to look chic AF you also want to remain uber comfortable. If you're like me, I literally hate to feel uncomfortable. If I do, my whole day is ruined by being fidgety and you don't want that to happen at a festival! My key to remaining comfy is to wear loose clothing (i.e. no tight dresses please) and shoes that you don't mind wearing all day. I wear booties on the daily so I can wear them all day and all night without a problem. But if you think your feet may hurt maybe opt for flat booties with little to no heel or stick with some comfortable sandals.

I put together three looks above which I think just ooze that "cool festival" look. Mix up your looks by wearing shorts one day, a romper (or matching set) the next, and finish off the weekend with a dress! I plan on doing just that at Bottlerock next weekend. Be sure to come say hi if you see me roaming the fest! Would love to meet you!
