TGIF // DREAMING OF FALL
Fall is my favorite season of the year. I just love everything about it! From pumpkins, to pumpkin spice lattes (cliche I know), the cooler air, the turn of leaves, to the way you dress. Just writing about fall makes me smile! There is just something magical about it. Who else agrees with me?!
Anyway, the cooler temps here in San Francisco are making me dream of fall. Even though this weather could easily pass for fall back in Texas - haha! Here are some staples that you will need for the coming season. I'm dying for a new pair of Over the Knee boots. I know the price tag is hefty on the OTK Stuart Weitzman boots, but I promise they are well worth the investment. Obviously, I wear booties year round but by the time Fall is here I'm in need of a new pair! This Vince pair are on my wish list as they are so chic and classic. You can never have too much plaid and this plaid peplum top from Free People could not be any cuter! Plaid can often be "grunge-y" or "boyish" so I love the feminine touch of the peplum. I believe in always topping off an outfit with a hat! It's an easy way to up your chic (and also hide your dirty hair!) I'm seriously digging the color mauve this season and this hat and purse will be must haves.
