DALLAS BLOOMS

Dallas Blooms is here, but not for much longer! This past Saturday, W and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went out to the Arboretum (along with everyone else in Dallas haha). This was my first time seeing Dallas Blooms since moving to the Big D and the spring flowers were breathtaking! 

Dallas Blooms is the largest floral festival in the Southwest featuring over 500,000 spring bulbs! Seriously! Just when you think you couldn't see a more beautiful tulip, another bunch is just around the corner. One big tip I will give you when you go -- stop and smell the tulips! It is so easy to get stuck behind your camera/phone, wanting to capture all of the beautiful blooms. We took all of our pictures in the first 20 minutes and spent the rest of the time unplugged, just taking it all in -- and I am so happy we did! 

This is the last week for Dallas Blooms, so make sure you head over to the Arboretum before all of the bulbs are gone! And don't forget -- you can bring your own food! Pack a nice picnic, snack, or your favorite bottle of wine. Finding your perfect picnic spot is half of the fun :)
