ORANGE CRUSH

I don't choose to wear color often, but when I do it is usually a bold color. I am obsessed with monochromatic outfits. And yes -- I do love denim on denim, which B just educated me on what the word "chambray" meant. Such a fancy word for light jean fabric! Don't all of you educated fashionistas laugh at me :)

I will never forget the day I bought this sweater. I had traveled two hours to the nearest Nordstrom in search of some retail therapy (anyone who has been to the Gainesville, FL 'Oaks Mall' totally gets it) and came across this orange Marc Jacobs beauty on the sale rack. My heart skipped a couple of beats, my mom couldn't believe I had picked something out that was not black, and at the time it was about a size too small -- but I was determined. Deals like this don't come around often!

Spring is finally here and I can dive into the orange crush of the season -- have you brought out your color yet?!
