TUCK IT TUESDAY : BREAKFAST IDEAS

No, this is not a mom quote created to guilt trip kids into eating their breakfast. It is the absolute truth! A good, well-balanced breakfast sets the bar for your entire day. It has been proven that those who eat a healthy breakfast have more energy and also consume less calories throughout the day.
Breakfast is without question my favorite meal of the day. Every morning I wake up at 6am, listen to the news, and make eggs and bacon for W and I. Most people I tell this to think I am crazy - but I just love relaxing with my fresh breakfast and hot coffee! I can't start my day without it.
My go-to breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Spinach, Avocado, Bacon, and Grapefruit. I eat this every day and never get sick of it!
W's go-to breakfast lately: Ground Turkey with Red Onion and Zuchinni, Mixed Greens, Avocado, and Bacon. He has been wanting a super high-protein breakfast, so this scramble perfect!

[K] CHANGES NOTICED
ENERGY LEVELS - So I have finished my Elimination Diet and I have started to incorporate new foods -- not going too well.. I have starting having reactions to some of my favorite foods like almonds and coffee :( This has definitely taken a negative toll on my energy levels.
QUALITY OF SLEEP - Still sleeping better when I go to Pure Barre.
- PHYSICAL CHANGES - Seeing more and more definition!
- WEIGHT - I think while my number on the scale isn't changing my body composition definitely is. I see such a difference in muscle definition and feel lean/strong!
- STRENGTH - Feeling stronger and stronger.
