[K] CHANGES NOTICED 

Last week was a CRAZY one with work and blogging -- so I only made it to PB class once (yikes)! Since I usually go at least 4 times per week, this was out of character for me!

  • ENERGY LEVELS - I definitely saw decreased energy levels from not going to Pure Barre. I am very in tune with my body (I know exactly what I am putting in it) so I easily notice when there are changes in my exercise/sleep routine. 

  • QUALITY OF SLEEP - I slept pretty well because I was so exhausted from being so busy -- but it wasn't that restful PB sleep. 

  • PHYSICAL CHANGES - I am continuing to see more definition in my arms and legs! C'mon abs!
  • WEIGHT - I have finally dropped weight from the holidays! FINALLY! 
  • STRENGTH - Holding that 90 second plank after missing a week of PB was rough -- but I held it! I am feeling more sore than I have felt in a while, but that's a good thing right? :)
     

[B] CHANGES NOTICED 

Like K mentioned above, last week was CRAY with work and blogging. I made it to zero classes last week! #epicfailure. I definitely feel super gross having not gone to a single class. Need to get back into that Life, Tone, Burn, mode!
